- Make sure you have entered a valid and active email address in your profile. See above for how to change your email address on Sheepy.
- Check your spam or junk folder in your email account. Sometimes email notifications from Sheepy may be filtered as spam by your email provider. If you find any emails from Sheepy in your spam or junk folder, mark them as not spam or add them to your contacts or safe senders list.
- Contact our support team by filling out the contact form on the website or by sending an email to [email protected]. We will help you troubleshoot the issue and restore your email notifications.
